A federal judge will examine a proposed settlement stemming from the BP oil spill Wednesday, according to The Associated Press.

Reuters reports that shrimpers aren’t happy with the settlement.

Halliburton is also opposed to the settlement, according to Bloomberg.

An advertisement by the American Energy Alliance knocking President
Obama’s energy policies is the top online ad of the week, The Wall
Street Journal
reports.

Time magazine notes that gasoline prices are cheaper than this time last
year.

New advertisements hit Obama over Solyndra and the General Services Administration controversy, CNN reports.
