Norwegian Production Up 2.3 Percent in January

The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate released preliminary production figures Tuesday for January 2012 that indicate an average daily production of about 2,037,000 barrels of oil, natural gas liquids and condensate. This figure was 47,000 barrels greater than that reported for December 2011.
